Generally speaking the credit reports provided by the credit bureaus are detailed and accurate. For example it’s not uncommon for them to have information regarding your missed payments for as far back as six or seven years. They collect this information in order to provide it to creditors prior to them providing any form of credit to a consumer seeking it. The creditors can use the information they receive to determine if that same consumer can be considered a good credit risk. A good rating allows for more favorable credit terms while a poor rating essentially ends any chance for a consumer to obtain credit in the first place.

You wll want to make sure that your report is showing the date the bankruptcy was filed and when it was discharged. Make sure that ALL creditors that you included in the bankruptcy are showing that they were and that your balance is $0 and nothing else. Profit & Loss or Charge Offs will lower your credit score. Make sure they report as “included in bankruptcy” with a $0.00 balance.

I’ve seen a lot of strange things in the health field, and although calorie restriction (CR) is the subject of serious and legitimate scientific study, I consider CR to be one of those strange things. Of course, that’s because I choose a different lifestyle – the muscle-friendly Burn The fat, Feed The Muscle lifestyle – but there’s more than one reason why I’m not a CR advocate:

MYTH #1: Gradually reducing your caloric intake over time is the best way to ensure steady fat loss.
FACT: Consistently reducing your caloric intake is a great way to lose muscle mass. However, precise manipulation of the nutrients in your diet (protein, fat and carbs) can have extraordinary anabolic (muscle-building) and lipolytic (fat-burning) hormonal effects on your body. It’s all a matter of what you eat and when you eat it.
MYTH #2: When you come off a fat-loss diet, there will always be some rebound weight gain.
FACT: When the metabolism is properly stimulated and the right combination of nutrients is eaten, rebound weight gain can not only be eliminated, it can be reversed. With the proper training and nutrition plan, you can actually CONTINUE to lose fat even when you go back to normal training and eating.

Among some of the worst exercises excuses of this year is:
“I can’t lose weight because of my genetics”
What a bunch of crap. It’s when the genetics meet lifestyle and environment that the genes express themselves. If you have a family history of heart disease, is it smart to smoke, eat junk, be a stressed-out, type-A maniac and a couch potato? Well of course not, and it’s the same with obesity. If you have a tendency predisposing you towards obesity, you’d better be the person doing the MOST exercise, not the least. You’d better be the person paying the MOST attention to your nutrition. You’d better be the person with the healthiest lifestyle. But unfortunately, it’s usually the opposite. Most people throw up their arms in frustration saying, “what’s the use, I was dealt a bad hand.” Sorry. That won’t fly in 2009.

While you are planning your retreat and looking for mountain cabins for rent, why not consider visiting a part of the country you have not yet been? Many resorts remain open year round, so you should be able to find exactly what you are looking for. Some remote mountain cabins for rent may not be available during certain parts of the winter season depending on the area, but it may be possible to snow shoe or ski in and out if that is your choice.

A few years back, my wife and I thought it would be great to cruise on up through the Smokey Mountains with the kids. I had found out that one could rent cabins and enjoy a rustic visit. We ended up staying in this perfect outdoor lodging for two whole weeks. Those peaceful mountains can grow on you if you’re not careful. I personally thought the cabin was like a home away from home. It was a comfortable and sufficient lodging with all the right amenities. My youngest daughter especially enjoyed this getaway. She simply loves the woods, and the outdoors.

You should also know that you can make a home treatment for acne even out of grocery-bought products. A mask made of cooked oatmeal can be allowed to sit on the face for 15 minutes – this helps in relieving acne. Aloe and witch hazel are also two popular herbal products that can cure acne. You can also stay out in the sun for a bit – the ultraviolet rays of the sun may be an effective “natural laser” treatment.

In another study, researchers implicate the high levels of refined carbohydrates (such as bread and cereals) in teenage acne. Following a similar rationale, they suggest that high levels of blood sugars increase the levels of insulin and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1), which leads to excess production of male hormones. These male hormones then trigger acne outbreaks.

If you suspect your acne is caused by a food allergy, begin by increasing your daily amount of water consumption. Then try to rule out the root cause of your potential acne. Common causes of food allergies include dairy products, excess sugar, and certain refined flours and grains. Also, avoid foods rich in iodine, which have been linked to acne. Iodine-rich foods may include salt, liver, cheese, crabs, shellfish, clams, and kelp products. If you consume iodized salt, make the switch to sea salt. If you find dairy products worsening your acne, consider switching to soy or rice milk and cheese products.

All this over stimulation and multitude of choices had him reaching back far into his neanderthal tendencies, and he almost went home and tied some kite string onto a flagpole. Thinking that $70 or $80 was too much to invest, especially in “crappie futures”, he figured he would fashion up a nice “fishing stick” to pursue fish and avoid the trauma of having to decide which combo was right for him.

It takes UV light to activate the powder. Sunlight being the best. You ask?? What if the sun is not out, will my lures glow. Yes! they will. If it is overcast UV light is shinning down it will take a little longer for the powder in or on the lure to activate, but it will glow. Some people who ice fish use a small hand held black light. Cheap to buy and works great.

The used fishing boat that you are selling should not be overpriced. Before pricing your boat, conduct research first to know the real value of your used fishing boat. If you don’t want to peg your boat’s cost between a low retail cost and average price, then don’t expect to get a positive response from buyers.

Yard sales and estate sales are great for purchasing inexpensive, used fishing equipment for your decorating projects. Yard sales are less risky than hubby’s tackle box too. Keep an eye out for used fishing nets, poles, lures, bobbers, metal stringers and other gear. The last thing you want is your fishing decor to smell fishy. Be sure to clean everything very carefully and thoroughly. I use alcohol for lures, bobbers and such. Good detergent and bleach for nets. Vinegar and lemon juice work well too.

Aside from this, you also have to consider your budget. Fishing boats are huge investments so you have to make sure that your budget allows you to buy one. There are types of fishing boats that may be less expensive than the others. However, it is not a good idea to simply grab the lower-priced model since that type of boat may not be manufactured for deep see fishing purposes.

The commercial crab fishing industry in Alaska had its beginning way back in 1950. The returns were promising from the very start and the region quickly attracted hundreds of US fishing boats. The 1980s were the heydays of crab fishing in Alaska. During this period of king crab boom, the fishing boat captains regularly earned US$150000 in a season and the crab fishing boats boasted of saunas, music systems and microwaves.

When I returned home I set up the closet. I placed his tackle boxes and other fishing stuff on the shelves. On the clothing rod I hung the raingear, life jackets and some of his hunting clothing. When the rod holders arrived I placed all of his fishing rods in the holders and stood them next to the closet. I also found a storage box for his filet knives and placed them in the closet. My last purchase to deal with the fishing stuff was a small refrigerator that was placed on the other side of the closet. This refrigerator is for him to store his live bait and extra beverages that he takes along in the boat.
