Every guy knows that the “mark of a man” is the size of his chest and the thickness of his arms. If you want to build a bigger chest, there are a variety of exercises you can do. The basics include pushups, bench press, incline dumbbell press exercise routine, flyes and cable work. You’ve got to start with the basics and begin building a bigger chest.
But when you hit a plateau and need to shock new growth, this chest workout will do the trick. Be forewarned though, it’s not for amateurs. Experienced bodybuilders only please.
